OVERVIEW

DigMate offers a one-time lifetime access purchase for $25 AUD. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not automatically issued — but we handle each request fairly on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND REQUESTS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 7 days of payment and we will review your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

WHEN REFUNDS MAY NOT BE ISSUED

We may decline a refund if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
  • The account has been used extensively after payment
  • The request appears to be an attempt to access the app for free

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
