Drop a pin on any point on the map and DigMate runs an AI terrain analysis for that specific location — giving you a breakdown of the geological and terrain indicators at that exact spot.

How it works

When you drop a pin, DigMate queries the terrain data, geological survey records, and drainage analysis for that precise location. It returns a breakdown of the key indicators — slope, drainage, geology, proximity to historical workings — and a plain-language assessment of the prospecting potential.

1. Navigate to your target area — Pan and zoom the map to the area you want to investigate.
2. Drop a pin — Long-press or tap the pin icon to place a pin at your target location.
3. Run the AI scan — Tap the scan button to trigger the terrain analysis for that pin location.
4. Read the breakdown — Review the indicator breakdown and terrain assessment for your pinned spot.
5. Save or dismiss — Save the pin with notes for future reference or dismiss it and try another location.
